Tender description

Kent County Council has a requirement to effect a cultural change within its Business Service Centre, as such is offering an opportunity to work in partnership with the Head of HR Operations and the Learning and Development Manager to develop a programme: to drive commercial awareness and associated behaviours of staff across the BSC; and to develop a consistent approach to customer service. The groups of staff to target are: • Senior Management Team (Senior Management Team) and Extended Leadership Team (ELT) circa 20 staff • Wider staff groups across IT, HR and Finance functions circa 450 staff All questions, queries and submissions will need to be submitted through the Kent Business Portal Keywords: Business Change , Customer Service, Efficiency , Programme Development , Commercial Approach
