Tender description
The Authority, is conducting the procurement using an open procedure for the purpose of procuring an insurance cover for the Council tenants as an option to purchase insurance for their home contents at competitive rates with the flexibility of paying the insurance premiums on a weekly basis together with their rent. Harrow Council has a small housing stock portfolio relative to many other London boroughs.
