Tender description

The Audio Visual Software contractor will be responsible for delivering all aspects of interactive media and filmic AV elements of the exhibition excluding hardware. This will include undertaking research, scripting, filming both studio and location, creation of storyboards and concepts, CGI generation, reconstructions and effects, editing and production, organisation of testing, final site installation and management alongside co-ordination with other directly appointed contractors and their specialist suppliers. To work with the main exhibition fit‐out contractor, Contract Award Date 29.3.2018. Tender Issue 29.1.2018. Tender Return 5.3.2018.
