Tender description
Nottingham City Council is carrying out a short period of ‘soft market testing’ relating to Nottingham Science Park. Nottingham City Council is developing plans for new building at the Nottingham Science Park (NSP), which will form a focal point and hub within the existing Science Park. The new building will provide 3,331 sq. m. of grade A office space, conference and meeting facilities as well as a café. Nottingham City Council are looking for café and hospitality suppliers to submit their initial thoughts on becoming the operator a NSP providing the following services; 1. Hot and cold breakfast and light lunch provision 2. Hot and cold drinks 3. Catering and hospitality for meetings and events 4. Operational hours to suit the business need 5.
