Tender description
It is the intention of the City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) to procure an information and advice service for black and ethnic minority parents and carers who have a disabled child (birth to school leaving). The City of Edinburgh Council require a service to offer advice and support to black and ethnic minority (BME) parents and carers of disabled children. This is a direct replacement of an existing service.
