Tender description

Runnymede Borough Council require Insurance Services and are inviting tenders in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) from suitable Insurers. The Council proposes to enter into one or more Contract(s) for a maximum period of 5 years (with the option to extend for two further periods of one year) with the successful Tenderer(s) (Supplier). The anticipated service commencement date is 1 July 2018. The Services have been divided into work packages (Lots) and Tenderers are invited to bid for all or any of the following Lots: 1. Property (excluding Leasehold Right to Buy and Industrial Commercial Property) 2. Leasehold Right to Buy Buildings 3. Industrial and Commercial Property 4. Combined Liability 5. Motor Fleet 6. Group Personal Accident 7. Engineering 8. Package Lot - Lots 1, 4 and 5 In respect of Lot 8, Tenderers are asked to specify any financial benefit accruing to the Council if the Tenderer is successful in its bid for more than one Lot.
