Replacement of Pharmacy Negative Pressure Isolators

Tender description

Two negative pressure cytotoxic dispensing isolators are required to replace the existing two negative pressure isolators which have reached the end of their effective lives. These two will be purchased as a package together; the package also including the decommissioning and removal of the existing isolators, and any rebalancing of clean room pressures required. Each isolator should be ducted to the external atmosphere and should provide for 1. a processing main chamber working at negative pressure with respect to the room and providing a working zone having non-turbulent air flow patterns. 2. two Type D pass-through hatches each having a pair of timed, interlocking doors. NOTE: The detailed specification at Schedule D defines the minimum requirements. Prospective suppliers are free to offer their own design innovations, additional equipment etc., which will enhance the functionality, performance, ease of use, performance monitoring, ease of installation or future maintenance of the offered equipment, over that which is specified herein. An e-auction process may be carried out for this requirement.
