Brief Description of the Works: • Internal fabric refurbishment, building work, joinery and decoration • Internal remodelling and refurbishment including a new suspended ceiling and glazed partitioning • Internal remodelling and refurbishment of WC’s; plus additional WC’s and kitchenette. • Central plant overhaul, likely to include substantial replacement/remodelling • Supply and installation of air handling system • Refurbishment and replacement of internal and external electrical installation including provision for ICT • Internal and external lighting • External signage The work is to be as indicated on the relevant designer’s drawings and specifications to encompass all works within and beyond the site boundaries as necessary to complete the Works.
