Provision of LED Lighting Solutions

Tender description

Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority) has obtained Salix Funding for the provision of LED lighting solutions for its site. As part of this project, the Authority intends to undertake a two phased approach; o Phase 1 – Undertake the supply, install, test and commissioning of high priority areas to be completed by 31 March 2018. o Phase 2 - Undertake the supply, install, test and commissioning of medium priority areas to be completed by 31 May 2018, subject to a) acceptable pricing and costs from the market and b) the Authority successfully obtaining additional Salix and or Capital to fund the remaining aspects of the project. The Authority wishes to procure a strategic lighting partner to deliver this project and provide performance based guarantees for the operation of the lights. The Authority is not too prescriptive about the approach, however there are parameters which the bidders would need to comply with, relating to project budget, cost savings, compliance, timescales for completion, and quality standards.
