Provision of an Integrated Assessment of the Council’s Local Plan

Bury Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified consultancy to undertake an Integrated Assessment (IA) of our emerging Local Plan in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin the Local Plan and will ensure that sustainability, equality and health factors have been fully considered at each stage of the plan preparation.
