Tender description

Hampshire County Council (The Council) is inviting bids from experienced and suitably qualified contractors to undertake the supply and Installation of a range of pay and play activities, including aerial trekking, auto belayed climbing, along with the demolition and replacement of the existing bouldering wall. These three elements will all need to be undertaken within a tightly defined area within the Sunderland Hangar at Calshot. The Council aims to award the contract by early May 2018 with subsequent project completion in January 2019. The Open Procedure as defined by Regulation 27 of the PCR15 will be followed. Full details regarding the nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of needs and requirements can be obtained via In-tend. The Council’s intention is to award this contract to one primary contractor, to deliver all elements of this project (the primary contractor may subcontract certain elements of the project if they so wish with the councils' permission), to ensure leverage of effective contract management and value for money. The Contract is scheduled to commence on 9.5.2018. The Contract will be for a term of [8] months.
