The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to: (i) Inform the market of a prospective contract opportunity in connection with the procurement of Education Quality Assurance and related Services on behalf of the Nursing and Midwifery Council for which the standards are currently under review; (ii) Participate in the potential Early Market Engagement activities; and (iii) Request information that may be relevant to the procurement strategy that may be adopted by the contracting authority. The Nursing and Midwifery Council (as the Contracting Authority) wishes to establish a potential contract with a third party provider to undertake Education Quality Assurance and related services on their behalf of educational institutions across the UK to ensure protection of the public.
