Tender description

The National Transport Authority (NTA) recently published its Transport Strategy for the Greater Dublin Area 2016-2035. This strategy includes the delivery of “New Metro North” (NMN). NMN will provide a high-speed, high-capacity, high frequency service from the city centre to Dublin Airport and Swords with substantial sections underground. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is tasked with delivering NMN from concept design through to construction and handover. TII requires a Stakeholder Management Engagement (SEM) System. The SEM system is needed to provide a thorough understanding of the various stakeholders and their impact on the project. It is intended that it will assist the NMN project team in maintaining a constructive relationship with stakeholders over the lifetime of the project. It is estimated that there will be up to 8,000 stakeholders involved during the course of the project.
