Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust acting on behalf of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust wish to engage with interested suppliers to provide full pharmacy services for its School Immunisation Programme. Details of the requirement can be found in the attached document titled - School Immunisation Pharmacy Services - Pharmacy Provider. Interested suppliers should register its interest with a short brief of its compatible services - Suppliers would be expected to to hold relevant stock which would be on a call off basis or delivery on a regular agreed basis.
