Tender description

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (“the Council”) on behalf of 6 councils within Northern Ireland wish to tender for a framework agreement for the supply of Gas and undertake mini competitions as required over the life of the framework for the supply of Gas to the selected NI Local Government Authorities. The Council is tendering on behalf of the following Councils (referred to as the “participating Councils” hereafter.) — Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, — Causeway Coast and Glens District Council, — Derry City and Strabane District Council, — Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, — Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, — Newry, Mourne and Down District Council It is the intention of this Framework Agreement, once completed, to run the first mini competition for a 2 year period to commence on 1.4.2016 and run until 31.3.2018.
