Tender description

The Council requires technical support and expertise from a Provider/Social Investment Finance Intermediary (SIFI) to assist in assessing the feasibility and the development of a SIB. The SIB being developed will be aimed at providing a service to young people who are either NEET or are at risk of becoming NEET. The service will primarily focus on young people aged between 16 and 18 years but will also benefit a younger age group to be determined as part of the feasibility study.
