Tender description

Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who have specific experience in dealing with construction on internal kitchens and bathrooms. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single contractor to undertake this requirement. The contractors will be required to undertake works and services comprising of:  Installation of the extraction fan in the kitchen as per the kitchen design  Check and ensure that all kitchen deliveries are complete and without fault at the point of delivery.  Ordering of kitchens from Rixonway and storing them as required by the programme.  Printing and distribution of all pre-construction information (property packs) to tenants.  Notification of works start dates by letter and telephone to tenants.  Provide out of hours support during the duration of works.  Should a utility meter require moving as identified in the design, contractors are required to facilitate this work.  Remove rubbish from site daily.  Contractors are required to liaise with Trivallis nominated suppliers to arrange for the removal of asbestos.  Where the installation of a RSJ is required, Trivallis will provide a structural report and steel design to support this work. Contractors are required to carry out the work in line with all current health and safety regulations.  Contractors are to carry out full delap surveys prior to works starting in any property, including the taking of and storing of pictures for the duration of works.
