Tender description

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a provider of: 1) Targeted, diversionary, positive activities for young people who are carers or are affected by the ‘toxic trio’ (parental substance misuse/domestic abuse/mental health) to develop their self-esteem and resilience and offer positive activities and emotional support; 2) Information, advice and guidance and support to these young people to have a voice about services for them and their families. This service is required throughout Knowsley. The Contract will be for a term of 5 years. The Council may extend the Contract following the Contract Period, subject to available funding and performance, for further periods of time up to a maximum of 24 months in aggregate. Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to provide funding for this service from a funding envelope of 120 000 per annum.
