Tender description

Hampshire County Council (HCC) is providing an information notice to advertise a forthcoming opportunity to tender for a solution to HCC care and support needs whilst increasing the number of accommodation options open to service users. Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime) HCC anticipates procuring with two distinct stages: — the 1st stage would be to formalise an overarching register of providers to supply both services and source accommodation on behalf of service users, and — the 2nd stage will be a call off process from within the overarching registers established in stage 1. Initially, the majority of contracts called off would be for Adults (predominantly under the age of 65) with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. Services for people with physical disabilities and mental health needs and The NHS will also use the register to call off contracts for similar service types as required. Establishment of a registered list of providers to provide care and support services for which call offs will be made from. Establishment of a register of organisations and individuals interested in providing accommodation for use as supported living.
