Tender description
Halton Borough Council is seeking to re-commission its Healthwatch and advocacy services. It is the commissioner's intention that Healthwatch and the various elements of advocacy: — Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), — Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), — Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy, and, — Care Act Advocacy.
