Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

—an award of the contract has been made for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services that includes but is not limited to the following works that are mainly in the South West Wales area (inc. County Borough areas of Swansea, Carmarthen, Neath-Port Talbot), — the regular maintenance of lawn and grass areas; hedges and planted areas, — the design, planting, establishment, and maintenance of bedding schemes, — the planting of new and replacement shrubs, hedges and bulbs etc, — routine maintenance tasks such as leaf clearance, litter picking, weeding, blowing paths and pruning, — the design of landscape features, — over the course of the arrangement, the area of delivery may be set to fluctuate due to business growth, actual requirements etc, — this contract is not divided into lots, — TUPE will be applicable to this contract. — an award of the contract has been made for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services that includes but is not limited to the following works that are mainly in the South West Wales area (inc.
