Tender description
In preparing for the draft Local Plan, the council seeks suitably experienced consultants to produce a masterplan for the defined centre in Gillingham. The masterplan will support proposed allocations for the Medway Local Plan, and provide a sound evidence base for Medway’s growth strategy and demonstrate deliverability at Local Plan Examination.
