Tender description

The aim of the project is to develop a robust and versatile theoretical and empirical model of the drivers of change in the general level of retail food prices in the United Kingdom (UK). This is on the back of the UK decision to exit the European Union (EU). It is envisaged that the model will provide Defra with a means of projecting the likely direction of short term retail food prices under a range of possible future trade arrangement scenarios.
