Tender description

ESB Group has a requirement for a panel of Event Management Agencies to manage key events. The need for a consistently high standard of work and excellent value for money is paramount, as is ESB’s desire for all its events to have a recognisable look and feel, i.e. working within the guidelines of the ESB brand but providing innovative thinking around the output of any such event. Experiential: — Development and execution of creative concepts to support product launches and sponsorship activation, — Manage the day to day planning of events as required, — Manage third-party contractors where applicable, — Provide staff resources for specific events or event programmes, — Management of the promotion of events to target audiences, — Registration and administrative support for events, including processing payments and registrations in advance, — Provide event specific merchandise as required. Activation: — Design, build and manage the day-to-day planning of events as required, — Manage third-party contractors where applicable.
