Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) is a procurement consortia which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Our members include Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Universities and NHS Trusts. We invite you to express an interest in the supply and distribution of a broad range of electrical materials required primarily for the maintenance of the members property portfolio. The goods will be supplied to the customer via a range of models including access to a counter service, a delivery service and van stock management. This framework is for the supply and distribution of electrical materials via over the counter collections, replenishment and management of van stocks and delivery dependent on the individual Member's requirements. The range of products likely to be supplied under include, but are not limited to cable, circuit protection, consumer units, isolators, smoke alarms, switches, sockets, trunking, ventilation, LED lighting, lighting products and PV products. EEM Members are spread geographically across England and Wales and this framework will operate across our full membership. The framework will run for 3 years.
