Tender description

Bristol City Council is looking for experienced contractors to: • Install loft insulation (mineral fibre) and any associated works to complete the installation including but not exhaustive of: o Pre-installation survey o Installation of new gas-fired boiler, removal and disposal of old system(s), including room thermostat. Include provision for smart thermostat o Adjustment / installation of new pipework as required o Adjustment / installation of boiler flue o Make good where flue/boiler/pipework run /relocated (no decoration) o Issue CP12 certificate on completion, and register appliance on Gas Safe register o Register the boiler for the standard manufacturer's warranty, in addition to the ECO compliant guarantee
