Tender description

The objective of this assignment is to provide independent monitoring of the results of the Mozambican Government's national water, sanitation and hygiene programme (PRONASAR), with a focus on central level and decentralised levels in Zambezia and Nampula provinces. Monitoring will focus on verifying performance against key performance indicators for decentralised service delivery as agreed between DFID, the National Directorate of Water Affairs (DNA) and the Capacity Building Agent (CBA).
