Tender description

Secured material transport from the administrative hub to the test venue location and securely storing materials overnight according a prescribed standard of security. The storage facility must meet an agreed standard of security. Pick up and delivery of the materials to a strictly agreed time with no more than 15 min possible delay. The contract management and the material handling must be kept to a minimal named persons who have an agreed level of security clearance. Collection of materials from the British Council Administrative Hub in London Central (Shaftesbury Avenue) on Friday between 14:00 and 16:00. Delivery of the materials into a secured storage facility on Friday afternoon and stored overnight.
