Tender description

Ealing Council seeks to commission a single provider to deliver an Integrated 0 -19 Healthy Child Programme Service in Ealing encompassing Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership and School Nursing, as well as targeted support with a range of health interventions for children and young people and their families as a part of its Brighter Futures Offer whose vision is to protect and promote the wellbeing of children, young people and their families, reduce inequalities and improve a range of population health and wellbeing outcomes. The services are currently commissioned separately by the Council. The new service will be universal, targeted with strong emphasis on health promotion and safeguarding children and young people as well as the effective delivery of the health visitor mandated items. It will create a more integrated offer to families, with significant opportunities to make the service easier to access and promoting early intervention. This is a Competitive Dialogue procedure for providers who have previous experience of delivering Health Visiting or School Nursing services or both.
