London Borough of Sutton (‘The Council’) is seeking to commission a suitably experienced provider to pilot a trial in Beddington Park, Sutton. The Council is seeking a provider with expertise in the delivery of an end to end private enforcement service for parking, environmental offences and anti-social behaviour as well as implementing a permit scheme for the static barbeques (issuing permits and hiring the static barbeques). The main areas of scope for the management of this contract are: • Enforcement (parking charge notices, community protection notices and fixed penalty notices) • Designating contraventions, providing guidance and signage for the management of parking • Permit processing and management for the static BBQs • patrolling Beddington Park and Elm Ponds • Management IT system (parking charges, Environmental offices and BBQ permits) The main requirements for the administration of this contract are: • Parking charge processing • Fixed penalty notice processing • Correspondence Handling • Payment Processing • Appeals processing • Document management; and • Reporting and Management information Keywords: PARKING, ENFORCEMENT, ENVIRONMENT, PERMIT
