Tender description

The project involves consulting with the local community to develop a design brief for a new scooter park. The design brief will be incorporated into the quotation specification to seek competitive bids for a Design and Build contract to deliver the new scooter park facility. Prospective design and build companies will be required to produce a design for a new scooter track adhering to the approved design brief and RoSPA regulations. The successful company will be expected to meet with council officers to fine tune their designs and attend a pre-start meeting prior to constructing the scooter track to the available budget and agreed timescales.
