ACC 20170860 Ground Power Units

Tender description

The Minister for Defence, Ireland, has a requirement for the Supply & Commissioning of ‘Ground Power Units” to the Irish Air Corps, Department of Defence (Defence Forces). It is the Irish Air Corps Contracts Officer’s intension, on behalf of the Minister for Defence, to establish a supply contract with one or two suppliers to the Irish Air Corps for the said requirement. This tender is divided into 2 lots. Lot 1 shall be for the supply of a minimum of one (1) up to a maximum of three (3) Electric Ground Power Units as per Section 3 Specification. Lot 2 shall be for a minimum of one (1) Diesel Ground Power Units as per Section 3 Specification. Tenders are permitted to quote separately for lots 1&2 and are requested to provide a third quotation which represents a discounted price for the award of both lots. The third quotation inclusive of both lots should stipulate the discounted price of procuring three (3) Electric Ground Power Units as per Section 3 Specification and one (1) Diesel Ground Power Units as per Section 3 Specification. Tenderers may bid for either lot 1 or lot 2 or both lots. Tenderers who bid for both lots may be awarded both lots if they are deemed successful under MEAT (Section 5.3).
