SEND High Needs Strategic Planning Review Co Production Lead

Cheshire West and Chester Council has recently undertaken a SEND High Needs Strategic Review. The Council wishes to procure a Consultant to lead on the co-production of recommendations for change based on the areas for development outlined in the review. Specifically, the Consultant will be responsible for: • Identifying appropriate stakeholders to form part of a co-production process • Designing a co-production process that ensures that the views of stakeholders are fully understood, including established groups such as the Parent Carer Forum • Reflecting these views in the proposed design of future services whilst balancing these views with the evidence and data gathered via the High Needs Review process • Producing a formal report on the co-production process for use in the public domain. • Designing a public consultation document utilising Council guidelines/standards; the outcomes of the consultation will inform formal decision-making on service planning.
