Provision Of Relocation Services To Facilitate The Relocation of Tenants To Dolphin House

Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract for relocation services to facilitate the relocation of Tenants to Dolphin House. It is anticipated that these services will be required during the period 1st September 2018 up to the end of October 2018. As part of the redevelopment of the Dolphin House complex, it is planned to move 100 tenant families into a new, Dublin City Council owned housing development, in Dolphin House. The successful Tenderer will be responsible for the relocation of all the household goods of these tenants The New and refurbished units are expected to be handed over by the contractor in early/mid-August 2018 and the successful tenderer must be available to carry out the relocation of tenants during the period 1st September 2018 up to the end of October 2018. The majority of the new tenants are currently resident in Dolphin House; however, there will be 12 new tenants returning from other locations. Seven (7) of these will be from the Herberton Area of Dublin and five (5) moves from within the South-Central Area of Dublin City Council. The tenants will be moving from a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units into a similar mix of units.
