Tender description

Sheffield City Council wishes to commission perinatal mental health peer support for women who are pregnant or parents of a child aged up to 2 years, who have mental health needs in the perinatal period or who are struggling emotionally. A formal diagnosis would not be required to access this help. The aims of the service are to: i. Improve maternal mental health ii. Improve attachment between mothers and their babies iii. Reduce social isolation iv. Improve the self-confidence of both mothers and volunteers. Keywords: health
