Tender description
Norfolk County Council have purchased an online payroll service that can be used to run payrolls for people who are using Direct Payments to pay Personal Assistants. The service will be capable of being accessed by council staff, Direct Payments recipients and their representatives and payees. The system will be capable of processing 1200+ payrolls each month paying over 1800 people and will be able to be used by people with disabilities with varying accessibility needs.
