Mole Valley District Council is looking for a supplier to deliver the East Surrey Outreach Service (eSOS) throughout the geographical areas of Mole Valley District Council, Reigate and Banstead Borough, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council and Tandridge District Council. The purpose of the service is to enable rough sleepers, sofa surfers and homeless vulnerable and socially excluded people including those with mental health problems and complex needs to access accommodation with or without support. The service functions include to prevent and/or relieve homelessness, to prevent, reduce and delay health and care needs and costs, to provide assertive outreach for vulnerable people sofa surfing, rough sleeping, or at risk of rough sleeping, and also to provide interventions and support current and former rough sleepers and sofa surfers.
