Milton Keynes Council (MKC) is establishing a Professional Services Framework to ensure the delivery of their capital works programme is supported by suitably qualified and experienced independent professionals.The procurement of a Professional Services Framework seeks to deliver the following objectives:1. The delivery of major construction projects on time, on budget and free of major defects.2. Construction projects are well designed and specified to support and enhance the services occupying the facilities being created or developed.
