Met Office Forecasting Service Delivery Frontline Office Refurbishments - Furniture Installation

Tender description

Installation of furniture at Met Office accommodation at military sites throughout mainland UK. These sites include, but are not limited to, the following: o RAF Brize Norton o RAF Coningsby o RAF Cranwell o RAF Gibraltar o RAF Lossiemouth o RAF Northolt o RAF Odiham o RAF Shawbury o RAF Waddington o RAF Wattisham o Northwood Headquarters In addition to the installation of new furniture, existing furniture may need to be repositioned. Where required, this will also include disposal of the old furniture and other waste that results from the refurbishment works. All IT installations are to be completed by a Met Office IT engineer. Specifications have been attached for an upcoming refurbishment at RAF Wattisham, including a site drawing, photos and draft implementation plan (to be finalised with the successful supplier).
