Tender description

The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes have awarded contracts for the provision of insurance services excluding broker services for the following lots: Lot 1: Property; Lot 2: Property — Commercial and Industrial Properties; Lot 3: Fidelity Guarantee and Crime; Lot 4: Liability Insurance; Lot 5: Motor Fleet Insurance; Lot 6: Engineering Inspection and Insurance; Lot 7: Group Personal Accident and Travel Insurance; Lot 8: Terrorism. Each contract commences on the 1.12.2018 for for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accepts the terms from Travelers Insurance Co Ltd for Property Insurance (Lot 1) for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accept the terms offered by Zurich Municipal in respect of leased industrial and commercial premises (Lot 2) for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accepts the terms offered by Zurich Municipal in respect of Fidelity Guarantee Insurance (Lot 3) for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accept the terms offered by Risk Management Partners (Lot 4) for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accepts the terms offered by Zurich Municipal in respect of Motor Vehicle Insurance (Lot 5) for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accepts the terms offered by Bureau Veritas for Engineering Inspection Services and Aviva for Engineering Insurance (Lot 6), for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accept the terms offered by Risk Management Partners in respect of Group Personal Accident & Travel Insurance (Lot 7) for a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years. The London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham Homes accepts the terms offered by JLT Specialty London Market Risks for Terrorism in respect of Group Personal Accident & Travel Insurance (Lot 8) for a a three year long agreement with an option to extend for a further two years.
