Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking to engage with suitably qualified service providers to provide accommodation and supported service to adults with Severe (and enduring) Mental Illness (“SMI”), who often have additional needs such as substance/alcohol misuse, behavioral issues and a forensic history. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (also referred to as the “Authority” and “RBKC”) invites tenders for a suitably qualified service providers to provide accommodation, support and registered care to adults with Severe (and enduring) Mental Illness (“SMI”), who often have additional needs such as substance/alcohol misuse, behavioral issues and a forensic history.
