Tender description
New Facilities Management services required include: Hard FM including Authorised Persons, CAFM system and minor works, catering, cleaning, pest control, window cleaning and sanitary services. The Trust requires a contract delivering the following services: Hard FM, Authorised Persons, CAFM System and minor works. Further breakdown of services required can be obtained on request or at point of tender. The Trust requires a contract to deliver catering services, both provision of food and the service thereof. There is currently a cook-chill system in place across the portfolio of buildings. The Trust requires a contract to deliver cleaning services for wards, office space and windows, including sanitary services. The Trust requires a contract to deliver pest control services to all the buildings across the building portfolio.
