Tender description

The Authority was looking for Providers for an Environmental, Social and Human Resources (ESHR) Due Diligence Framework Agreement. When required, the Providers will need to work with the Authority’s Environmental and Social Risk Management Team (E&S Team) to assist with various access of due diligence, monitoring or related activities in respect of ESHR impacts and risks. This could be on one or more projects and would be to also provide services ancillary to such activities. This procurement was carried out in accordance with the OJEU open procedure as set out in the Regulations. The Framework Agreement has now been awarded and the Standstill Period has ended.
