Tender description

The City of London Corporation (COLC) wishes to appoint a specialist property agent to deliver a database of owners / managing agents of properties in the Square Mile of both commercial office space housing SMEs and private residential properties. The agent will be required to provide direct contact details, which in the first instance would allow Openreach to contact the owners of buildings in seeking a wayleave to install "Fibre To The Premises" (a new broadband service). The database would be owned by the City Corporation and the gathering and use of the data must GDPR compliant. The database will also be a resource to help engage with property owners in relation to future consultations or emergency communications by the City Corporation
