Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of consultant's services for proposed new Isle of Wight records office. It is set out in two lots: Lot 1: Selection of concept design proposals with preliminary structural and cost appraisals; and Lot 2: Preferred design taken to full developed design stage The Authority will award to one provider for both lots and reserves the right to award lot 1 without proceeding with lot 2 should this be the preferred option.
