Tender description

This framework is for new build construction of residential developments. It is anticipated that the majority of schemes under the framework contract will comprise of social rented properties, although Councils may utilise the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation). Councils may have a requirement for contractors to offer both the land to build on as well as the main construction works. This lot is for the development of 1-15 residential units for design and build. It is anticipated that the majority of schemes under the framework contract will comprise of social rented properties, although Councils may utilise the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation). This lot is for the build of developments of 1-15 residential units. This lot is for developments of 26-40 residential units, both build and design and build. It is anticipated that the majority of schemes under the framework contract will comprise of social rented properties, although Councils may utilise the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation). This lot is for developments of over 41 residential units, both build and design and build. It is anticipated that the majority of schemes under the framework contract will comprise of social rented properties, although Councils may utilise the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation).
