The TIC-IT facility, will create a purpose-built realistic, controlled high-speed, limit-handling environment unique to the UK on which any real-world driving scenario can be created. This will be delivered through the construction of some 135,00 m2 of asphalt pavement that will enable recreation of test scenarios such as "vehicle to vehicle" (V2V) interactions, VRU interaction, platooning, collision avoidance and limit-handling.
