Tender description

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a list of potential providers considered capable of carrying out minor works in None Council owned domestic properties funded by disabled facilities grant, to a satisfactory standard valued up to 60 000 GBP (although some projects may exceed this value). The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in Section II.2). This Lot 1 is for Installation/Remodelling works required under DFG funded projects within non Council owned domestic properties, procured through Telford and Wrekin Council up to the value of 10 000 GBP. Details of the types of works required are listed in the conditions of agreement and the schedule of rates documents. This Lot 2 is for the Installation of wet rooms/internal remodelling works and extensions required under DFG funded projects within non Council owned domestic properties, procured through Telford and Wrekin Council up to the value of 60 000 GBP. Details of the types of works required are listed in the conditions of agreement and the schedule of rates documents.
