In 2019-20 Wiltshire Council will be going out to tender for its requirement for Amenity, Cleansing and associated services (litter collection, grounds maintenance, church yards and burials, graffiti removal, sharp collections etc.) and ahead of the procurement process would like to invite interested parties to an “Open Day” to be held in the Salisbury Room at County Hall on Friday 1st February 2019. Adrian Hampton, Head, Local Highway Weather Emergency Service, will outline the nature of the current service and potential for delivering the new service from December 2020. We seek views from the market as to how best this statutory service can be delivered with the expected budget pressures and maximise the opportunities of modern technology and innovative systems.
