Tender description

The City currently uses 2 separate solutions to support the HR requirements of the City of London Corporation and the City of London Police. The Payroll solution is part of the City of London Corporation system and manages all payments to staff and officers. The Payroll solution also facilitates payments on behalf of a number of other organisations. Each solution has specific requirements related to the business as usual requirements of each organisation. In particular, the City of London Police solution has key specific functionality which is vital to the safe, effective and efficient running of the Force. The City is primarily investigating whether it is possible to rationalise these systems into a single solution and whether this is likely to be the best value for money option. This procurement will cover the purchase of the software and any other related services to the provision of the software to the City including, but not limited to, hosting, training and support and maintenance.
